The Delux 9.5kW instantaneous water heater is designed for installations where space is limited and reliable hot water is required for hand washing in commercial environments such as offices, shops, factories, schools/universities, hospitals, and modular buildings. The unit features a digital temperature display with precise touch control for accurate temperature adjustment.

Water temperature rise is dependent on flow rate (higher flow = lower temperature). To achieve optimal performance and desired temperature, the use of a flow restrictor or spray head tap nozzle is recommended. The maximum flow rate for the 9.5kW model is <6 litres per minute.

Seasonal variations in incoming water temperature should be considered: winter temperatures may be 10°C or lower, while summer temperatures can exceed 15°C. For example, at a flow rate of 1.5 litres per minute, the unit may deliver approximately 49°C in summer (incoming water at 15°C) compared to around 44°C in winter (incoming water at 10°C). Output temperatures may be lower if the incoming supply drops below 10°C.
