Controls
1 Thermostat control
Gas filled, accurate to +/- 1.5°C. User selection of room temperature from 5°C (frost protection) to 35°C using rotary knob.
2 On/off switch
A single pole on/off switch controls the electricity supply. Neon indicator when the switch is on and power is supplied to elements.
3 Built-in 24 hour/7 day programmers (TI/TX models)
TI models feature 24-hour time clock enabling daily heating needs to be programmed in advance. The clock may be set to switch on and off as often as required throughout the day. Override switch enables the timer to be by-passed without altering the preset programme. The selector control also has an off position. TX models feature 7 day timers, allowing different weekday and weekend programmes.
4 Heat selection switch
This allows the thermostat to operate on full or half load.
PLX NC Range
Supplied with no controls (except internal safety cut-out) and designed specifically for use with Dimplex wall mounted remote controls. Six outputs are available, up to 2.0kW.

If you choose to cancel your order you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods back to us, unless we have delivered the goods to you in error. All items must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. We ask that the goods are returned within 14 days of your return request. If you fail to return the goods, we reserve the right to charge for the cost of collection and you are legally obliged to make them freely available for collection. Returned goods may also incur a re-stocking fee depending on the item.
Once we receive the goods back they will be inspected, if they are in an acceptable condition we will process your refund. Your refund will be done promptly and certainly within 30 days. Your refund will be done according to your method of payment.
